You will need
Boneless chicken – 500 g
Ginger paste – 1 ½ teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1 ½ teaspoon
Curd – 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Vinegar – 2 tablespoon
Egg – 1
Maida ( all purpose flour )-2 tablespoon
Corn flour – 2 tablespoon
Rice flour – 1 tablespoon
Aachi Chiken 65 masala – 30 g
Aachi Sunflower Oil – to fry
2, Mix all the other ingredients.
3, Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for 2-3 hours.
4, Heat Aachi Sunflower Oil in a pan and deep fry a few pieces at a time till tender and crisp.
5, Drain the oil on a paper napkin and serve on a bed of onion rings and lemon slices.
