Ingredients
1 cup butter or 220 g, softened
1 cup brown sugar or 200 g
1 tin NESTLÉ® Cream or 170 g
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch ground nutmeg, (optional)
3 cups white self-raising flour or 420 g
1 cup dark chocolate chips or 150 g
1 cup white chocolate chips or 150 g
Whisk the butter and brown sugar until creamy then add the NESTLÉ® Cream and mix a little.
Add vanilla, nutmeg powder and flour; Stir until well mixed. Add dark and white chocolate chips, mix well.
Spoon tablespoonful of mixture for each cookie on a greased oven tray keeping 5cm between them.
Bake in 180°C for 15 minutes.
