Roasting broccoli makes the edges slightly crisp and gives it a lovely flavor.

Ingredients
olive oil
2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Toss the broccoli in a little oil then the garam masala powder. Spread on a roasting tray and cook for 25 – 30 minutes or until it is tender and the edges are browned.
