Calories in Ethapazham Puzhungiyath ( Kerala special Banana )







Ethapazham is very famous in Kerala.  Steamed version is more nutritious.  It'll take only 10-15 minutes for steaming and another option is Microwave  high for 4-6 minutes.

4, Sarkarapuratti : One of the special '' item '' in Onasadya. Fried  1/4 '' pieces of raw banana  chips melt with jaggery syrup and a dash of '' chukkupodi "'.
