Soak cotton wool pads in rose water. Place them over closed eyelids, lie down and relax for 20 minutes. This induces relaxation, reduces stress, removes fatigue and brighten the eyes.



Tips for refresh and relax the skin

Mix rose water and lemon juice in equal quantities. Apply on the face and wash off with plain water after 15 minutes. It is ideal for stress related acne, helps to reduce oiliness and refreshes the skin.

Mix milk powder with papaya and apply on your skin. Keep it on for five minutes and then wipe off. This will relax you.

In a bowl of warm water add some rose petals and a few drops of rose essential oil. Steam your face with this water for two minutes and wipe off with a cotton towel. It’s perfect for oily skin.
