Homemade Butter Cookies ( without egg and cashew nuts )

You will need
All purpose flour - 75 g
Butter - 50 g
Castor sugar - 30 g
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

Method
Sieve flour.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence and sieved flour.
Knead into a dough and roll into balls 11 balls.
Preheat oven ( OTG ) at 180 * C or 350 * F ( moderately slow ).
Grease baking tray with 1/2 teaspoon.
