Dates Pudding

Makes: 4 servings
You will need
1 cup ( 100 g ) dates, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup honey ( or to taste )
2 -3 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon butter ( to grease )

Method
Mix dates, breadcrumbs, honey and milk.
Pour the mixture into a greased pudding mould evenly ( or a flat bowl ) and cover this with aluminum foil or grease proof paper.
Steam in pressure cooker ( without weight ) or steamer for 25 minutes on a medium heat.
Unmould and serve warm or cool ( Place a plate on top of the custard bowl and carefully flip it upside down ).
