Mango Chutney ( Maanga Chammanthi )



Mango Chutney ( Maanga Chammanthi )

Serves: 2

You will need

75 g grated coconut
Half of medium size raw mango, cut into thin slices
1 shallot ( chuvannulli / piyyavu )
6 dried red chillies
3/4 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )

Method

Make a thick paste of above ingredients in a mixer. Do not add water while making chutney / chammanthi. Serve with Rice / Kanji ( Pejje ).
