Plain Raita
Raita is indispensable accompaniment of Indian cuisine and best for summer !!!!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 - 3
You will need
250 ml plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and ground
3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and ground

Dash of pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except coriander leaves). Keep in a cool place until required. Garnish with coriander leaves.
