Spicy Prawns in Maggi Black Pepper Mix (Berlada Hitam)
A very spicy prawns curry ..... goes well with Noodles / Fried Rice / Rotis / Pulao ....
Serves: 3 - 4
You will need
250 g prawns, wash, clean and deveined
1 tablespoon oil
1 bunch spring onion or onion, chopped
12 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 - inch piece ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoon Maggi Black Pepper Mix ( 1 packet - 40 g )
1/2 cup ( 100 ml ) water

Method
Wash, clean and devein prawns. Drain out water thoroughly.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan / wok / kadai. Add chopped spring onions and fry till golden brown.
Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add prawns, 1 packet ( 40 g ) Maggi black pepper mix and 1/2 cup ( 100 ml ) water. Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium heat till done / gravy thickens / fragrant ( approximate cooking time 10 minutes ).
Serve hot with Rotis / Pulao / Noodles / Fried Rice ...
