Baked Potato Wedges
A very tasty baked snack !!!!!
Serves: 2
You will need
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1 tablespoon / 15 ml oil
Extra 1/2 teaspoon oil (to grease baking tray)
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
Wash potatoes, cut into wedges and boil in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain out water thoroughly and wipe with a kitchen towel.
Grease baking tray with 1/2 teaspoon oil.
Preheat oven at 180 * C or 350 *F (moderate).
Serve with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.

Arrange potato wedges on a greased baking tray and sprinkle red chilli powder, oil (sprinkle oil evenly) and salt. Bake at 180 *C or 350 *F for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden color and crisp.
Serve with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
