Beetroot Raita


Beetroot Raita

A tasty & creamy raita. Best combination with Rice / Pulao / Rotis !!!!

Serves: 3

You will need

1 cup grated beetroot (100 g - 150 g)

200 ml curd (medium thick)

½ teaspoon salt

Method

Grate beetroot. Microwave high for 4 minutes with 2 tablespoons water. Keep aside to cool for 15 minutes.

Mix microwaved grated beetroot with 200 ml curd. Add salt and mix well. Serve with Rice / Pulao / Rotis.
