Green Chutney with Raw Mango
A tasty chutney, goes well with North Indian chaats, Dhokla, Khandvi …
Serves: 4
You will need
1 cup (200 g) or a small bunch of coriander leaves, wash and chop finely (or mint leaves or a mix of coriander and mint leaves)
3 thin slices of raw mango
1 – inch piece ginger, chopped
1 green chilli (1 big or 2 small)
¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Method
Make a smooth paste of above ingredients in a mixer. Sprinkle very little water. Finally adjust the consistency of the chutney with 1 – 2 tablespoons of water if required. Serve with North Indian chaats, Khandvi, Dhokla …
