Baked Chicken Lollipop



Baked Chicken Lollipop

A tasty baked snack !!!

You will need

1 packet chicken lollipop (12 nos)
1 teaspoon butter (to grease baking dish)
Aluminum foil for decoration

Ingredients for the marinade:

2 teaspoon hung curd (thick curd, without excess water) or 2 teaspoon thick fresh cream
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon thick ginger - garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
3/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

In a wide bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients well and make a smooth paste. Apply evenly on each chicken lollipop and keep aside for 2 hours (Do not extra curd, water .... other ingredients).

Method

Preheat oven (OTG) at 200 * C or 400*F (moderately hot).

Arrange chicken lollipop on baking tray and bake at 200*C or 400*F for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown. Keep aside to cool for 15 minutes and remove gently from the baking dish. Decorate with aluminum foil.

Serve hot with tomato sauce / mint chutney / fresh salad.
