Kit Kat Milkshake


















Kit Kat Milkshake – A tasty milkshake, made Kit Kat, milk and sugar.  It’s quick energy drink too !!

Serves: 1

Ingredients

2 mini Kit Kat or 1 big Kit Kat, break it in quarter

1 cup / 200 ml / 8 oz milk (cooled or normal temperature)

2 – 3 teaspoon sugar

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a blender or mixer bowl  and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glass.

Banana Honey Milkshake
















Banana Honey Milkshake – A delicious  milkshake, made of minimum ingredients !!

Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 well ripe small size bananas (60 g), chopped

1 ½ cup / 300 ml milk (cool or normal temperature) Indian standard measuring cup of 200 ml / 8 oz capacity

2 tablespoon fresh curd (please do not use sour curd)

2 teaspoon honey (or to taste)

A pinch cardamom powder (optional)

Method

In a blender or mixer bowl, blend  chopped bananas, curd,  1cup  / 200 ml milk and honey till smooth. Add remaining ½ cup / 100 ml milk and blend again for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. Serve in tall glasses. Sprinkle cardamom powder (optional).

Dates Honey Milkshake



Dates Honey Milkshake

Serves: 1 - 2

You will need

10 dates
200 ml boiled and warm milk
2 - 3 teaspoon honey


Method

Wipe each date with a soft kitchen towel, remove seed and chop finely.

Soak finely chopped dates in 100 ml boiled and warm milk for half an hour.

In a blender or mixer bowl, blend soaked dates and honey till smooth. Add remaining 100 ml milk and blend again for 1 minute.

Serve in tall glass.

Chikku Milk Shake

Chikku ( Sapodilla, Sapota ) is a tropical fruit with an exceptionally sweet malty flavor. This is summer in India and Chikku fruits are easily available in the market now a days.

One idea to beat summer heat is to consume fruit juices - which will not only keep the heat down, but also maintain the mineral balance in our body.

A glass of chilled Chikku milkshake in the morning is a very refreshing and wholesome drink - which will make you energetic to face a tough day ahead. Children will also like the grainy taste of the drink. This can be made with minimum ingredients and very little effort.

Try this ....

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 cup ( 200 ml ) chilled milk
2 chikku ( wash, clean, skin peeled off , seeds removed, diced in big chunks)
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sugar

Method

Place all the ingredients in a mixer or juicer and blend for 2 - 3 minutes until smooth.

Pour into serving cups and consume immediately.
