Aachi Semiya Payasam

Serves: 3 – 4
Ingredients
1 packet Aachi semiya payasam mix (100 g)
500 ml milk (1/2 litre milk)
Extra 3 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)
Method
Boil milk in a sauce
pan or in a bowl.
Add Aachi semiya payasam mix (full content from the packet) and extra sugar to taste (2 – 3 teaspoon). Boil on
a medium to low heat for 10 – 12 minutes. Aachi semiya payasam / kheer is ready
now. Consume after half an hour. Serve in dessert cups.
