Mutton Keema Vada

Ingredients
100 g mutton keema ( minced mutton)
1 spring curry leaves
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup maida / all purpose four
2 teaspoon corn flour
100 ml oil for frying

For the spice paste / masala:
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, chopped
1 - inch piece ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
10 cashew nuts , split

Make a fine paste of all the ingredients in a mixer.
Method
Transfer spice paste to another bowl and mix with mutton mince/ keema, breadcrumbs, maida, corn flour, curry leaves and chopped green chilli. Mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Make even sized balls and flatten them into round shapes. Heat oil in a pan / kadai and shallow fry ( medium heat ) in batches till golden brown on both sides. Serve with tea / coffee as a snack or a side dish.
