Mango Juice

Homemade  Fresh Mango Juice

Makes: 2 servings


Please use same measuring cup to measure mango and water

1 cup / 200 ml  chopped ripe mango (Indian standard measuring cup of 200 ml / 8 oz capacity)

1 ¾ cup water (1 ¾ to 2 cups) depending upon quality of the mango)

3 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)


Transfer all the ingredients into a mixer bowl and blend until smooth. If it’s very thick in consistency, adjust with extra ¼ cup water.  Later sieve through a fine sieve. Serve in tall glass.
