Milkmaid  Coconut Burfi

Traditional Indian sweet prepared with coconut and milk...great for all occasions. Recipe from Milkmaid !!

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15-20 minutes
Serves : 10


Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk -1 tin (400g)

Milk powder-100 gm

Fresh Coconut, grated -300 g


 Pour milkmaid, grated coconut and milk powder into a thick bottomed kadai / non stick pan and mix well.

 Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

 Once heated, cook on a slow fire till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadai. Remove from heat.

 Cut into squares  or any other shape when cool.
