How to make cone dosa?
Heat a heavy - bottomed wrought iron griddle or non stick
dosa pan on a medium heat. Grease with little oil / ghee.
Make the dosa by placing a ladleful (approximately 120 ml)
of batter on the centre. Spread evenly by circular rotations (5 -6 rotations)
using the base of the ladle, starting from the centre and progressing outwards.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon ghee (optional). Cover with a lid and cook on a medium heat
for 1 – 2 minutes until done / underside is golden color. Switch off the gas heat. Gently lift the dosa
with a flat spatula and cut from one end to the middle with the help of a clean
kitchen scissor. Then roll it as a cone. Cone dosa is ready now.
