Foods for healthy skin

Green Tea
Its free oxygen radical scavengers protect against sun damage.

Pomegranates
When applied topically, they help skin make more collagen and speed healing.

Tomatoes
Study participants who ate tomato paste with olive oil daily for ten weeks reduced their risk of sunburn.
Eggs, Legumes, Avocados, Nuts, Soybeans
All contain biotin, an essential vitamin for fat and carb metabolism. A deficiency can lead to dry skin and brittle hair and nails.

Salmon
It contains astaxanthin, a carotenoid that improves skin elasticity, so you'll have fewer fine lines.

Omega-3s (from walnuts, DHA-fortified foods, even lemon-flavored cod-liver oil)
Omega-3s seem to put shine in your hair and help skin look and feel young.
