Boiled Egg – Bread Tikkis - A tasty shallow fried evening snack , made of boiled egg, whole wheat bread slices and spice powders. Best with Tomato ketchup or a plain snack with tea / coffee..

2  boiled  eggs, grated or finely chopped

2 whole wheat bread slices

Heat  1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan (tawa). Arrange tikkis and fry on a low heat for 8 - 10 minutes till golden color on each side. Sprinkle remaining oil when frying other side. Fry until golden color on both the sides.  Serve hot with tomato  ketchup.
