Deep fried Potatoes



Deep fried potatoes with instant deep fried chicken mix (Deep fried chicken mix available @ online stores, Singapore, Malaysia ....... )

Makes: 16 wedges
Serves: 2 - 3

You will need

2 potatoes, cut 8 wedges from each potatoes
65 g instant deep fried mix
2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
Extra 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
50 ml water
150 ml oil
Tomato sauce / Mayonnaise for serving

Method

Mix 65 g instant deep fried mix with 50 ml water. Add chopped coriander leaves and onion. Adjust with 1/4 teaspoon salt if you required. Keep aside for half an hour.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Reduce heat to medium. Dip each potato wedges in instant deep fried mix and deep on a medium heat (8 wedges at a time) till golden brown.

Drain on kitchen towels to absorb extra oil. Serve with tomato sauce / mayonnaise.

Substitute for Sour Cream
