Coconut chutney with Curry Leaves
An easy & tasty chutney. Goes well as a side dish with Idli / Dosa varieties !!!
You will need
75 g (5 tablespoons) grated coconut
1 green chilli, chopped
6 curry leaves
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ - inch piece ginger, chopped
¼ teaspoon thick tamarind paste
2 tablespoons water
Make a smooth paste of above ingredients in a mixer with 2 tablespoons water. Serve as side dish with Idli / Dosa/ Bonda / Vada / Pakoda varieties.
