Stir - Fried Baby Cabbage with Onions and Garlic
Low in calories and rich in fibre

You will need
200 g shredded baby cabbage ( remove thick stem )
2 onions, sliced
12 garlic, sliced
2 teaspoon oil
2 green chilli, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Fry sliced onions and garlic till translucent.
Add green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage and mix well.
Do not add water.
Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
