Crispy Fried Bhindi with Besan

Ingredients
250 g bhindi ( okra )
1 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 tablespoon besan ( gram flour )
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Oil for frying ( approximately 150 ml )
Salt to taste ( 3/4 teaspoon )

Method
Wash the bhindis and wipe with a napkin. Remove the stalks and divide into 2 lengthwise.
Mix all the ingredients along with bhindi together and keep aside for fifteen minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai / frying pan. Fry bhindis in batches on a medium heat until it becomes golden and crisp. Serve hot as a side dish with Rice / Chapati / Rotis.
