5 Minute Chocolate Cake
Here is a super quick and easy recipe that is bound to satisfy your sudden chocolate craving !!! Recipe from Goodhouse Keeping India.
Serves: 4 – 5
Preparation time: 2 minute 30 seconds
Cooking time: 2 minute 30 seconds
You will need
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons flour (maida)
4 tablespoons sugar
1 small egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoon chopped nuts (cashew nuts / hazel nuts / almonds /chocolate chips or a mix of all four)
½ teaspoon vanilla or almond essence
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (microwave safe mug or square dish) and microwave high for 2 minutes 30 seconds (750 W). Cake is ready now. Keep aside to cool for half an hour and cut into desired shape and size.
Cake cutting tip:
Heat a knife first before cutting a cake for crumble-free slices. To heat the knife, you can run the knife under very hot water then wipe dry with a clean towel.
