A delicious and creamy raita. Fantastic combination with Biryanis / Pulao (serve as a side dish) !!
Serves: 2 – 3
You will need
200 ml medium thick curd
¼ teaspoon dry roasted jeera powder (cumin powder)
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
¼ teaspoon black salt (kaala namak)
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
2 teaspoon shallow fried garlic (chop garlic and shallow fry in 2 teaspoons oil until golden color)
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
Add curd in a bowl and whisk well or use Tupperware Quick shake for best result. Do not add water.
Transfer the whisked curd into a serving bowl. Add jeera powder, pepper powder, black salt, salt and shallow fried garlic. Mix gently. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve with biryanis / pulao.
