Hot Lemon Tea - Good for health !!
Serves: 1
Ingredients
1 cup water / 225 ml water
2 thin lemon wedges
¼ teaspoon tea powder
2 teaspoon sugar (Optional)
Method
Boil 1 cup of water with 2 thin lemon wedges for 10 minutes.
Then add ¼ level teaspoon tea powder and 2 teaspoon sugar (optional). Cover
again and boil for another 5 minutes. Strain and serve hot.
