Methi Crackers – Delicious baked crackers, made of whole wheat, spices
and chopped methi leaves (fenugreek leaves). Recipe from BBC Goodfood magazine

Method
Make a dough with 200 ml / 8 oz multigrain atta or whole
wheat atta, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon extra virgin oilive oil, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 teaspoon
chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon jeera (cumin seeds),
1/ 2 to 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ cup chopped fenugreek leaves
(methi) and approximately ½ cup water. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Preheat oven
(OTG) at 175* C. Take a baking tray and turn it upside down. Put the dough on
the back of the tray. Roll it thinly like a chapatti on the tray. This will
avoid breakage. Brush with a little olive oil on the top. Cut into desired
shape. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp and golden. Cool. Store it in an
airtight container.
