Basmati Pulao with Fried Egg and Onions

Basmati pulao with Fried egg and onions - Recipe from '' A sense of spice'' by Tara Deshpande.

To serve: Place a cup of pulao / ghee rice on a serving plate. Make a well in the  centre. Put a fried egg in the  well. Sprinkle red chilli powder and salt over the yolk and top generously with fried onions.
