Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs – An easy and tasty side dish with  bread toast !!

Serves: 1


2 teaspoon oil

2 eggs, beat well

1 teaspoon fresh cream or 2 teaspoon grated cheese

2 teaspoon milk

Salt to taste (or ¼ teaspoon)

Pepper to taste (or ¼ teaspoon)

1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves (optional)


Heat oil in a pan. Add beaten egg, fresh cream or cheese, milk, salt to taste and pepper. Stir it on a low heat until done / all the ingredients until incorporated. Do not make it brown. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with toasted bread / fruit juice ..
