Roast Potatoes

Serves: 2 - 3

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled
1 tablespoon / 15 ml oil

Method

Wash potatoes and let stand in cold water for 30 minutes.

Pat dry with paper towels.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.

Heat oil in a baking dish for 5 minutes.

Add potatoes and bake at 475 * F or 250 * C for 20 minutes.

Turn potatoes over.

Bake 20 minutes more until golden.

Serve immediately.
