Noodles with Vegetables
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 packets noodles ( Maggi / Top Ramen / Foodles )
2 teaspoon oil
1 onion, finely sliced
1/4 cup shredded cabbage ( you can add any vegetables of your choice )
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1 teaspoon garlic sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Method
Cook noodles according to the direction shown on the packet.
In a wok / pan, heat oil. Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
Add cabbage and spinach. Mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 8 minutes.
Finally, add cooked noodles, garlic sauce and soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients well.
Serve hot.
