Quick energy drink with bananas, milk & honey



Serves: 2

You will need

4 well ripe bananas ( small )
1 cup ( 200 ml ) cool milk
1 tablespoon honey

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer or blender till smooth. Serve in tall glasses immediately.
