Vegetable Idli

Vegetable Idli - A delicious and nutritious idli !!!

Serves: 2 – 3
Makes: 6


Sufficient idli batter for 6 idlis

6 teaspoons finely chopped carrot and French beans

1 teaspoon oil to grease idli moulds (normal idli mould or designer idli mould / metal cup cake mould)


Grease idli mould or metal cup cake mould with little oil. Pour3/4th level of idli batter and sprinkle 1 teaspoon chopped carrot and French beans on the top of the idli batter. Steam like normal idlis. Serve with coconut chutney / sambar / soyi bajjilli gashi …
