You will need
2 boiled beetroots
1/4 teaspoon each green chilli and ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )
Juice of 1/2 lemon
50 g yogurt

Method
Boil the beetroots and mash to a pulp in the mixer ( do not add extra water ).
Add other ingredients, mix well, chill and serve with melba toasts or carrot batons or Indian snacks.
