Quick Banana Milkshake
Serves: 1
You will need
175 ml boiled and cooled milk
2 well ripe bananas, chopped
2 teaspoon honey or 2 teaspoon sugar ( or to taste )

Method
Blend all the ingredients in a blender till smooth and creamy. Serve immediately in tall glass.
