Garlic Buns
You will need
2 buns (normal bun or pav bun or homemade bun)
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon butter
2 teaspoon finely chopped coriander or mint leaves or any other herbs
Method
Make a smooth paste of chopped garlic with butter in a mixer. Finally mix with chopped coriander / mint leaves.
Cut bun into 2. Apply garlic – butter paste evenly on the cut face.
Preheat oven (OTG) at 180 * C or 350 * F.
Arrange buns in a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden color. Serve hot.
Tawa / Frying pan method
Heat a tawa or frying pan. Reduce heat to low and gently fry garlic buns until golden color and crisp. Serve hot.
