Sausage Pepper Fry
Serves: 1 – 2
You will need
1 tablespoon oil
14 chicken sausages
½ teaspoon pepper powder (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Method
Prior to cooking bring sausages to room temperature.
Heat oil in a wide pan. Reduce heat to medium and arrange sausages. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt to taste. Stir sausages gently. Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 10 – 12 minute (stir occasionally) or until done / pepper powder well coated on sausages / crisp. Serve hot with whole wheat bread / brown bread / garlic bread ….
