Serves: 2 – 3
Ingredients
6 tablespoons grated coconut
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 green chilli, chopped (or 2 dried red chilli or ½ teaspoon
red chilli powder)
2 cloves garlic,
chopped
½ - inch piece ginger, chopped
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon thick tamarind paste
2 tablespoon water
Method
Transfer all the above ingredients in a small mixer bowl and
make a smooth paste. Chutney is much tastier if it’s thick in consistency. Do not dilute with more water. Serve
as a side dish with idli, dosa, vada, pakoda …
