Chicken curry with Maggi Ayam Madu
Maggi Ayam Madu is a curry paste. Available @ Singapore, Malaysia & online stores.
Serves: 3
You will need
2 teaspoon oil
1 onion, cubed
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 - inch ginger, chopped
1 packet (65 g) Maggi Ayam Madu
500 g chicken pieces, medium size
75 ml (3/4 cup) water
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves

Method
Wash and clean chicken pieces. Drain out water thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cubed onion and fry on a low to medium heat till pink color.
Add chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cubed onion and fry on a low to medium heat till pink color.
Add chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 3 minutes.
Add Maggi Ayam Madu and saute well for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add chicken pieces, water, salt and pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover with a tight lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 30 - 40 minutes or until done / chicken pieces softens / gravy thickens. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with Rice / Fried rice / Noodles.
