Stir fried paneer (cottage cheese) with capsicum & onion
A less spicy side dish goes well with Rotis
Serves: 3
You will need
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, cut into cubes
1 capsicum, cut into cubes
200 g paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

Method
Heat oil in a wide pan. Add onion pieces and fry for 4 - 5 minutes until pink color.
Add capsicum pieces and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Add paneer pieces and salt to taste. Cover with a lid and cook for 8 minutes or until the softens and done / well mixed with spices.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve hot with rotis.

Add capsicum pieces and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Add paneer pieces and salt to taste. Cover with a lid and cook for 8 minutes or until the softens and done / well mixed with spices.
Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve hot with rotis.
