How to make self rising flour for cakes, biscuits / cookies / breads …?
Ingredients
For 1 cup / 200 ml / 8 oz all purpose flour (maida):
1 cup / 200 ml / 8 oz all purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon fresh baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Method
Sieve thrice all ingredients and use in place of self rising
flour.
