How to whip egg whites?
Instructions from Sharp 5 – speed Hand Mixer
Beaters and bowl must be thoroughly clean.
Be sure that there is no egg yolk in the egg whites.
To create the maximum volume, egg whites should be at room temperature.
Whip egg whites at the highest speed setting (5) until they reach the desired consistency.
Whipping time will vary in accordance with freshness of the eggs.
For best results when whipping egg whites, use a cold metal bowl preferable stainless steel.
