1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon soy sauce

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

Add boiled egg pieces or boiled and boneless chicken or minced meat or chopped paneer. Saute well for 2 – 3 minutes.

Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 5 – 8 minutes or until done and egg / chicken / paneer well mixed with sauces and spices / dry in consistency (brown in color). Switch off the heat and keep aside.

For Pastry:

1 cup (100 g) all purpose flour (maida) + 4 tablespoon spoon (extra flour)

1 egg

25 g cold butter

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

½ teaspoon oil (to grease baking tray)

1 teaspoon butter

In a wide bowl, mix flour, butter, egg and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Do not mix with water or milk. Knead well and make a soft dough (add reserved extra 2 - 4 tablespoons of flour if required). Keep aside in an airtight container for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle some dry flour and roll this dough into sheet of 25 cm in length and 23 cm in width. Keep filling mixture evenly from top to end. Roll from one end to another. Now the roll is cylindrical in shape (gently make a perfect cylindrical shape). Cut 1 ½ or 2 – inch pieces. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the roll.

Preheat oven (OTG) at 250 * C or 475* F.

Grease a baking tray with ½ teaspoon oil. Arrange rolls in a baking tray and bake for 15 – 18 minutes until golden color. Remove from oven and gently apply butter on top of the rolls (with the help of a brush). Serve hot with tomato sauce or mayonnaise or any dip.
