Maggi Mee / Mi with Spring Onions

Serves: 1

You will need

1 packet Maggi Mee / Mi ( Malaysian & Indonesian noodles )
1 tablespoon oil
1 bunch spring onion, chopped


Cook Maggi Mee according to the instructions shown on the packet ( or boil noodles in briskly boiling water for 3 minutes. Mix seasoning and sauce while noodles is being cooked. Drain out water and mix noodles with seasoning mix ).

In a wide wok or pan, heat oil. Add chopped spring onions and fry till golden color. Add cooked noodles and mix well. You can also add 1/4 cup stir fried eggs or cooked meat or cooked prawns. Serve hot.
