Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie

This creamy drink is not very sweet, and is a healthy choice for breakfast or any time of the day.

Makes: 1

You will need

1 ripe banana, chopped
80 ml thick curd
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon sugar / honey
2 - 3 ice cubes


Blend banana, curd, milk, sugar together in a blender or mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add ice cubes and blend again for 10 seconds.

Serve in tall glasses.
