You will need
500 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, well beaten
1 cup ( 175 ml - 200 ml ) warm milk
2 tablespoon butter / margarine
2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon active yeast
2 tablespoon warm water ( for yeast )
2 teaspoon extra butter / oil ( for greasing )

For Brushing:
2 tablespoon beaten egg
Method
Dilute yeast in 2 tablespoon warm water. Keep aside for 20 minutes ( If the yeast is active it will ferment within 20 minutes - it will rise almost double ).

Beat together butter / margarine and sugar until cream. Add dissolved yeast and beaten eggs.
Combined the creamed mixture and sieved ingredients.

Knead well with warm milk and make a very soft dough.
Keep aside in a warm place with a wet cloth over it for 45 minutes or until it rises ( almost doubled ).
Make desired shape and size and place on a greased baking tray ( 4 rolls at a time ) and bake for 190 * C or 375 * F for 25 minutes or until golden color.
Brush the top of the roll with well beaten egg.
