Chicken Fried Rice with Pepper Powder
Serves: 2
You will need
2 cups cooked and cooled rice
200 g boiled & shredded chicken pieces, boneless
2 teaspoon oil
2 onions or 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Method
In a wok / pan, heat oil.
Fry chopped onions and garlic till fragrant and pink in color.
Add chopped green chilli and soy sauce. Stir well.
Add rice and shredded chicken pieces. Mix well.
Add salt to taste and pepper powder. Mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Wow!...this one does look scrumptious!! A dash of pepper always lends punch to almost any dish and fried rice is no exception.
